Celestine is a seasoned oil and gas executive with over three decades of industry experience spanning field operations, drilling and measurements, and senior executive leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, and an MBA from Lagos Business School. He has also completed several Executive Management programmes, equipping him with a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic business leadership.

He began his career as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger, where he progressed through various leadership roles and exited as Regional Manager, Drilling & Measurements. Following this, he transitioned into senior executive positions, serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer across multiple organizations.

Most recently, Celestine served as Executive Director, Business Development at Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Limited, where he led growth strategy, strengthened client partnerships, and drove market expansion within the energy services sector.

He is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), and a distinguished member of both the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), reflecting his strong professional standing and commitment to industry excellence.
